Notes

The key to making a successful vegan mascarpone tiramisu is to use high-quality, plant-based ingredients that mimic the texture and taste of traditional mascarpone and heavy cream. Vegan mascarpone can be made from a variety of ingredients, such as cashews, macadamia nuts, or soy, and is widely available at most health food stores or online.  (You can find our recipe at Vegan Mascarpone Cheese Recipe)
If you choose to make your own vegan ladyfingers, you can find a recipe at Vegan Gluten-Free Ladyfingers Recipe)
Vegan heavy cream can be made from coconut milk or soy milk and can be easily whipped to create the same texture as traditional heavy cream.
