In a saucepan, heat the almond milk, coconut cream, and agar agar powder over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
Remove from heat and let it cool.
Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and cacao powder. Stir until everything is well combined.
Pour the mixture into a large dish and refrigerate until it sets (about 2 hours).
Take a separate dish, and place a layer of vegan ladyfingers at the bottom.
Spoon some of the set mixture over the ladyfingers.
Repeat this layering process (ladyfingers, mixture) until you have used all the mixture.
Sprinkle cacao powder on the top layer of the mixture.
Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 2 hours, or until ready to serve.
