Vegan Tiramisu without Coffee

Vegan tiramisu without coffee is a creamy, sweet, and healthy alternative to traditional tiramisu that everyone can enjoy. You can make it without the need for coffee, and it's caffeine free!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 packs of vegan ladyfingers see notes for homemade recipe
  • 1 cup of coconut cream
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp of agar agar powder
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tsp of cacao powder

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, heat the almond milk, coconut cream, and agar agar powder over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and cacao powder. Stir until everything is well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a large dish and refrigerate until it sets (about 2 hours).
  • Take a separate dish, and place a layer of vegan ladyfingers at the bottom.
  • Spoon some of the set mixture over the ladyfingers.
  • Repeat this layering process (ladyfingers, mixture) until you have used all the mixture.
  • Sprinkle cacao powder on the top layer of the mixture.
  • Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 2 hours, or until ready to serve.
  • Enjoy your delicious and creamy vegan tiramisu without coffee!
