Hemp Seeds Protein Shake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder vanilla or chocolate flavor works well
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, for added sweetness
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A handful of ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Peel the ripe banana and break it into smaller pieces.
  • In a blender, combine the almond milk, banana, hemp seeds, protein powder, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.
  • Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the shake is chilled and frothy.
  • If the shake is too thick, you can add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste the shake and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Once everything is well blended, pour the protein shake into a glass.
  • You can sprinkle some additional hemp seeds on top for garnish, if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your nutritious hemp seeds protein shake!
