Easy Chia Seed Water

Easily make some chia seed water in a few minutes with only a couple of ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 tbsp Chia Seeds You can use more or less chia seeds in order to change the consistency, or if you want to adjust the amount of chia seeds you are eating.
  • 1.5 cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Put 1-2 tablespoons of chia seeds in a large enough drinking glass or cup.
  • Add 1.5 cups of water to the cup with chia seeds.
  • Stir the mixture with a spoon.
  • Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes.
  • Stir again if necessary and enjoy!

Notes

You can use flavored water if you like instead of plain water.
You can also add a squirt of lemon or lime to flavor the chia water if desired.
You can use more or fewer chia seeds in order to change the consistency, or if you want to adjust the amount of chia seeds you are eating.  You could do 1 tablespoon if you want fewer chia seeds, and up to 2 tablespoons if you like more chia seeds.
