Easy Vegan Fudge Recipe (5 Ingredients)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat.

  • Once the coconut oil is melted, add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to the pan. Stir well to combine.

  • Turn the heat up to medium and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Once the mixture reaches a boil, remove it from the heat and pour it into a lined 8x8-inch square pan.
  • Let the fudge cool for about an hour at room temperature, or until it is firm to the touch.
  • Cut the fudge into small squares and serve.

Notes

Optional: You can add chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or dried fruit to the fudge mixture before pouring it into the pan for added flavor and texture. Enjoy!
