Easy Dairy-Free Tiramisu

- 6 oz of dairy-free ladyfingers
- 2 cups of strong coffee or espresso
- 1 cup of dairy-free cream such as coconut cream
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 1 tsp of rum or brandy optional
Brew 2 cups of strong coffee or espresso and let it cool.
In a separate bowl, whip together the dairy-free cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Dip the ladyfingers into the cooled coffee or espresso and arrange them in a single layer in the bottom of a 9x9 inch dish.
Spread half of the whipped cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
Repeat with another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers and then top with the remaining whipped cream mixture.
Sprinkle the cocoa powder on top.
Optional: Drizzle with rum or brandy.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
