Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup blue majik powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, add the frozen blueberries, frozen pineapple, coconut cream, blue majik powder, honey, and lemon juice.
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth. If necessary, stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to make sure everything is well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for about 1 hour.
  • After 1 hour, take the mixture out of the freezer and stir it with a fork. Return it to the freezer and repeat this process every 30 minutes until the sorbet is firm, about 2 to 3 hours.
  • Serve the blue majik sorbet in bowls and garnish with fresh fruit if desired.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Note: If the sorbet is too hard, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping to make it easier to serve.
