In a blender or food processor, add the frozen blueberries, frozen pineapple, coconut cream, blue majik powder, honey, and lemon juice.
Blend the ingredients until smooth. If necessary, stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to make sure everything is well combined.
Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for about 1 hour.
After 1 hour, take the mixture out of the freezer and stir it with a fork. Return it to the freezer and repeat this process every 30 minutes until the sorbet is firm, about 2 to 3 hours.
Serve the blue majik sorbet in bowls and garnish with fresh fruit if desired.

Note: If the sorbet is too hard, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping to make it easier to serve.
