  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup water

  • Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds and cook until they start to pop.
